Until, I had this, couldn't beleive how yummy these were. Really don't knock this till you try it. Remember to look for thick cut style potato chips at the store. This is quick, easy and delish! Ingredients:
24 thick cut potato chips |
8 oz thinly sliced smoked salmon |
3 tbs sour cream or to taste |
fresh chopped dill |
Directions:
1. Arrange the chips on a single layer on large serving platter 2. Break the salmon slices into 24 pieces 3. Place a piece of salmon on each chip 4. top with a dab of sour cream 5. Sprinkle with a bit of fresh chopped dill 6. Serve at once while chips are still crunchy! |
