SMOKED SALMON NORTHWEST DIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Case Estate in Duncanville, Texas in 1995. Ingredients:
8 ounces softened cream cheese |
1/4 cup heavy cream |
1 green onion thinly sliced |
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice |
1 dash red pepper sauce |
4 ounces smoked salmon |
1 ripe avocado mashed |
Directions:
1. In large bowl combine cream cheese and heavy cream together until smooth and creamy. 2. Stir in onion, lemon juice and red pepper sauce. 3. Gently fold in smoked salmon and mashed avocado being careful not to over mix. 4. Serve with assorted crackers and pita toasts. |
