This is a great and easy way to start the day or for lunch. It's delicious!This is one of those recipes that I picked up at the seafood counter at the local grocery store. Sometimes those are the best. Ingredients:
3 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup green onions, minced |
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced |
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped |
2 tsp. lemon juice |
2 english muffins, split and toasted |
4 slices lox or smoked salmon |
capers |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Spread on each muffin half. Top with salmon and sprinkle with capers. |
