Such a delicious appetizer, I know your friends will just love this one - Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese |
4 ounces cold smoked salmon |
1/4 cup dill, chopped |
1 lemon, juice and zest |
1 teaspoon garlic, monced |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup fresh chives, parsley or 1/2 cup dill, chopped |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients (except herbs for coating) in food processor and mix well. 2. Remove and place on parchment paper; roll into a log and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 3. When you are ready to serve, remove mousse from parchment paper and roll in chopped herbs. 4. Serve with your favorite crackers or crusty bread. |
