Smoked Salmon & Horseradish Pasta |

Horseradish gives this pasta dish a nice kick and goes incredibly well with the salmon. Ingredients:
7 ounces linguine |
5 ounces smoked salmon, cut into strips |
1/2 lemon, zested and juiced |
4 ounces spinach, roughly chopped |
1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish sauce |
2 tablespoons creme fraiche |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook the linguine following the packet instructions. 2. Drain and then tip into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. 3. Toss together and season heavily with black pepper. |
