Creamy smoked salmon dip kicked up with horseradish. Your guests will devour it so make a double batch. Ingredients:
1/2 cup smoked salmon-finely chopped |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. |
4 oz cream cheese-softened |
2 tablespoon mayonnaise |
2 tablespoon horseradish |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. 2. Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving. Overnight is better. 3. Server with crackers or chips. |
