SMOKED SALMON GREEN ONION AND CREAM CHEESE OMELET This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the May Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1984. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
2 tablespoons warm milk |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/4 cup smoked salmon |
1/4 cup chopped green onion |
2 tablespoons cream cheese |
Directions:
1. In small bowl mix together eggs and milk. 2. In medium nonstick skillet heat butter over medium heat. 3. Pour in egg mixture and using a spatula push cooked egg from edge into center tilting pan. 4. When top is still a little moist sprinkle salmon, onions and cheese over top. 5. When eggs are set fold omelet in half and slide onto serving platter and serve immediately. |
