Got this recipe from ina (barefoot contessa) its wonderful to serve on crudites and crackers. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon fresh dill |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper, freshly cracked |
1 teaspoon horseradish |
4 ounces smoked salmon |
Directions:
1. Mix everything and pulse for 1 minute in a food processor. 2. Serve on bread that's been toasted in the oven brushed with olive oil and a sprinkling of salt and pepper. 3. YummY! |
