A nice dip for anytime. Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can salmon |
1 (6 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup milk |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
3 -5 drops liquid smoke, to taste |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
dill weed, to taste |
Directions:
1. Finely chop salmon. 2. Stir together with cream cheese,milk,lemon juice,liquid smoke and pepper. 3. Add dill and serve with assorted crackers or fresh vegetables. |
