Ingredients:
3 tablespoons pine nuts |
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced |
4 ounces smoked salmon, finely chopped |
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, diced |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
8 slices french bread |
1 clove garlic |
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to broil. 2. In a small bowl, mix pine nuts, tomatoes, cheese, salmon and olive oil. 3. Add pepper to taste. 4. Toast bread in the oven. 5. Take out of the oven and rub each one with the garlic. 6. Put some bruschetta mix on each slice of bread. 7. Add basil. 8. Serve. |
