Ingredients:
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber |
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill |
1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic |
4 basic blintzes |
1 (4-ounce) package smoked salmon, cut into thin strips |
dill sprigs (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine cucumber, sour cream, dill, and garlic in a small bowl. Top each blintz with salmon; spoon sauce over salmon. Garnish with dill sprigs, if desired. |
