Awesome, awesome, awesome. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
2 tablespoons chopped thyme |
1 egg |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1-3/4 cup milk |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
1/4 cup chopped smoked salmon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Prepare mini muffin pans. 3. In a bowl sift together flour and baking powder then stir in cheese, thyme and pepper. 4. Beat together egg, milk and melted butter. 5. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and stir. 6. Fold in the salmon then spoon mixture into mini pans and bake for 12 minutes. |
