Smokeed pork shoulder on the Primo has deep smokey flavors with tender meat. Ingredients:
6 -8 lbs pork shoulder |
3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar |
3/4 cup white sugar |
1/2 cup paprika |
1/4 cup morton's kosher salt |
1/4 cup garlic powder |
2 tablespoons ground black pepper |
2 tablespoons ground ginger powder |
2 tablespoons onion powder |
Directions:
1. Rinse pork shoulder in cool water. 2. Preheat grill to 225. 3. Mix ingredients in to a small bowl. 4. Rub ingredients onto the pork shoulder. 5. Tie the shoulder up with string (optional). 6. Cook the shoulder at 225 for 12-16 hours. |
