Found this while searching for recipes using smoked paprika. Haven't tried yet. Ingredients:
1 medium yellow onion, chopped |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
olive oil |
4 potatoes, medium to large, cubed |
salt & fresh ground pepper |
2 tablespoons smoked paprika |
Directions:
1. Saute the onions and garlic in a little olive oil in a large non-stick pan or seasoned cast iron skillet. 2. Add potatoes. On medium heat, stir-fry for approximately 30 minutes, or until they are soft on the inside and brown on the outside. 3. Add smoked paprika and stir until the pieces are evenly coated. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve. |
