SMOKED OYSTER AND CREAM CHEESE ROLL This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Douglas Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1994. Ingredients:
1 can smoked oysters |
8 ounce package cream cheese softened |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon garlic juice |
1 teaspoon onion grated |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, garlic and onion together. 2. Spread mixture on wax paper. 3. Chop oysters and put on cheese mixture then roll like a jellyroll. 4. Freeze to harden then put in refrigerator until ready to serve. |
