This is a lovely easy dip to serve with crackers for lovers of smoked fish Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
200 g cooked boneless smoked mackerel (approx) |
squeeze lemon juice |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Flake the fish into a bowl, mash in the cream cheese, add a good squeeze of lemon and plenty of black pepper. 2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 3. Bloody Lovely! |
