Ingredients:
300 g firm smoked fish
250 ml cream cheese
125 ml sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
pinch of ginger
10 ml tomato paste
good pinch sugar
freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Remove skin and bones from the fish and flake .
2. Mix everything in food processor until blended.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning.
