I had a salad with this dressing at a restaurant and it was awesome. So I decided to search the internet to try and recreate it at home. This is what I found.
Ingredients:
8 ears corn
4 garlic cloves
2 shallots
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 cup corn oil
Directions:
1. Smoke corn for 30 minutes and then roast in oven at 350 F until thoroughly cooked.
2. Purée all ingredients in blender and slowly drizzle in oil then season with salt to taste.
