I had a salad with this dressing at a restaurant and it was awesome. So I decided to search the internet to try and recreate it at home. This is what I found. Ingredients:
8 ears corn |
4 garlic cloves |
2 shallots |
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
1 cup corn oil |
Directions:
1. Smoke corn for 30 minutes and then roast in oven at 350 F until thoroughly cooked. 2. Purée all ingredients in blender and slowly drizzle in oil then season with salt to taste. |
