A Bobby Flay recipe! Ingredients:
1/2 cup real mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons chopotle peppers in adobo sauce |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
2 teaspoons honey |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
salt and pepper to taste |
1 medium head of green cabbage, finely shredded |
2 large carrots finely shredded |
1 small onion, halved and thinly sliced |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro |
instead of the cabbage and carrot, i use a bag of the pre mixed slaw mix |
Directions:
1. Combine mayo, peppers, lime juice, honey and cumin in a large bowl 2. Season with salt and pepper, if desired 3. Stir in remaining ingredients 4. Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving |
