Smoked Chicken, Brie and Mango Salad |

300 g smoked chicken, sliced |
125 g kraft* brie cheese, cut into wedges |
100 g mixed lettuce leaves |
1/2 cup roasted cashew nuts |
1/2 red capsicum, sliced |
425 g mangoes in syrup, drained |
1/4 cup kraft* classic mayonnaise |
1/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all salad ingredients and arrange on a serving plate. 2. Puree mango in a food processor. Add mayonnaise and milk and pulse until combined. Stir in mint and season to taste. 3. Drizzle mango dressing over salad. Serve. |
