an easy tasty starter Ingredients:
1 cup cooked macaroni noodles |
3/4 cup chopped smoked chicken |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon |
1/4 cup cranberry sauce |
1/2 red pepper, chopped |
2 avocados |
Directions:
1. Combine macaroni, chicken, sour cream, herbs, sauce and red pepper in medium bowl. 2. Just before serving, halve avocados, discard seeds, spoon filling into avocado halves. |
