And yet another cream cheese ball, but with a twist.. Ingredients:
1 pound catfish, cooked and flaked |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup ,ayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup finely diced onion |
juice of 1 lemon |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
3 to 4 drops liquid smoke |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and chill before serving. 2. NOTE: Liquid smoke is very strong. Add a drop at a time, tasting after each addition. 3. Makes 4 cups. |
