These are such beautiful and tasty appetizers, they are so easy to make but make a big impression. Ingredients:
1 lb high-grade thick smoked bacon |
1 1/2 tablespoons crushed dried rosemary |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet and bake until half done, about 8 minutes. 2. Remove and sprinkle with rosemary on each side. 3. Allow bacon to cool slightly, then roll each piece into a tight twirl and spear it with a toothpick. 4. Put back into 400°F oven on the same baking sheet and bake until done, about 8 minutes more. |
