1/2 cup oil |
2 eggs |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 cup sugar |

16 ounces cream cheese |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons flour |
3 eggs |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1-13 ounce can evaporated milk or 1 1/2 cup sweet milk |

Directions:
1. Cake: 2. In a bowl, sift flour and baking powder. 3. Add eggs oil and sugar. 4. Stir well. 5. Press into a 13x9-inch pan. 6. Spread cake dough in bottm and on sides. 7. Filling: 8. In a bowl, mix all the filling ingredients together. 9. Beat until smooth. 10. Pour filling inot shell. 11. Sprinkle with cinnamon. 12. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. |
