Another one from my collection ! Ingredients:
1 lb red potatoes, small,skin on |
2 1/2 tablespoons sour cream |
4 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup milk |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes in half and boil until soft. 2. Drain and return to the same pot. 3. Briefly mash until just broken up. 4. Add the remaining ingredients and toss. 5. Serve warm. |
