Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
2 garlic cloves, pressed |
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger |
1 1/4 pounds bone-in lamb loin chops (2 inches thick) |
vegetable cooking spray |
rosemary-cherry sauce |
garnish: fresh cilantro sprig |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients; rub over chops. Cover and chill up to 8 hours. 2. Spray chops evenly on both sides with cooking spray. 3. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 8 to 10 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness (140° to 150° for medium). Serve with Rosemary-Cherry Sauce; garnish, if desired. |
