Ingredients:
2 pints small berries, whole or halved, stemmed and hulled |
1 lemon, zested and juiced |
2 teaspoons sugar |
a handful fresh mint leaves, torn or shredded |
Directions:
1. Toss the berries with the lemon and sugar in a serving bowl. Let stand for a few minutes, then stir in the mint and serve. |
