This is the same as my regular Onigiri recipe. Litterally the only difference is that you use half as much rice. Also, for the smaller portions you can use cute rice and egg molds to shape your onigiri into different shapes than a Triangle.
Ingredients:
0.5 cup rice, white, medium-grain, cooked
0.63 grams nori, 10 sheets
22 grams organic chicken and apple sausage
3 grams nori komi furikake rice seasoning
Directions:
1. Follow instructions on my Onigiri recipe but use half as much rice.
