very low cal salad, very good for small lunch or for a small healthy snack Ingredients:
5 tbs iceberg lettuce |
2 tomato |
2 tbs red pepper |
2 tbs cucumber |
2 tbs asparagus |
2 small mushroom |
2 tbs cauliflower |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. tips: add some oil or spice to flavor it. personally i spread some small rye bread pieces on it to get a higher amount of fiber. |
