This recipe turned out more like a bread than a cobbler to me, and I think It needs alot more sugar in it. Ingredients:
2 cups apricots or 2 cups peaches or 2 cups berries |
1 1/2 cups bisquick |
1 egg |
3/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 tablespoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Spray a 8-10 inch square baking pan. 2. Mix Bisquick, egg, milk, and 1/4 cup sugar. 3. Pour mixture in pan. 4. Lay fruit on top of mixture and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. 5. Bake 350* for 25 to 30 minutes. |
