Small Batch Banana Nut Bread |

One of a set of four recipes taken off of a 25 lb. bag of Bakers & Chefs All Purpose Flour. See my other recipes for the large batch version (approx. 60 loaves) and large/small batch chocolate chip cookie recipes. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour |
3/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
2/3 cup vegetable oil |
3 tablespoons milk |
1 cup banana, mashed (about two large) |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, soda, salt and sugar. 2. Blend in eggs, oil and milk. 3. Stir in banana and nuts. 4. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees approximately one hour. |
