Easy, creamy, spicy mac & cheese Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1 large onion, chopped |
3 cups mexican blend shredded cheese |
1 (16 oz) jar of salsa (hot) |
1 (15 oz) jar cheese dip |
1 4 oz can diced green chili peppers, undrained |
12 oz uncooked elbow macaroni |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef with onion, drain off fat 2. Transfer to a large crock pot sprayed with non stick cooking spray 3. Add rest of ingredients, except macaroni 4. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours(DO NOT COOK ON HIGH) 5. Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and stir into slowcooker after cook time 6. Heat through |
