Slow Cooker Whole Wheat Bread

I found this recipe in the fix it and forget it cookbook and thought it was intriquing. Hope you will too!
Ingredients:
2 cups warm reconstituted powdered milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 package yeast
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups white flour
Directions:
1. Mix together milk, oil, honey salt, yeast, and half the flour in electric mixer bowl.
2. Beat with mixer for 2 minutes.
3. Add remaining flour.
4. Mix well. Place dough in well greased bread or cake pan that will fit into your cooker.
5. Cover with greased tin foil.
6. Let stand for 5 minutes.
7. Place in slow cooker Cover cooker and bake on High 2 1/2-3 hours.
8. Remove pan and uncover.
9. Let stand for 5 minutes.
10. Serve warm.
