Slow-Cooker Vegetable Soup |

We just love this soup. Simple to do in the crock pot. Ingredients:
1 lb boneless round steak, cut into 1/2 inch cubes |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained |
3 cups water |
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed |
2 medium onions, diced |
3 stalks celery, sliced |
2 carrots, sliced |
3 beef bouillon cubes |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional) |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (i used 2 15 oz.cans veg-all) |
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine the first 12 ingredients. 2. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours. 3. Add frozen vegetables or cans of veg-all. 4. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours longer or until meat and vegetables are tender. |
