Slow Cooker Turkey Drumsticks With Plum Sauce |

This is another recipe from Betty Crocker. Ingredients:
4 turkey drumsticks, skin removed |
1 1/4 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2/3 cup plum sauce |
1/3 cup green onion, sliced |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1 tablespoon cold water |
3 cups hot cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper. 2. Place turkey in 5-6 quart slow cooker. 3. Mix plum sauce, green onions and soy sauce; pour over turkey. 4. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours till juices run clear. 5. Remove turkey from cooker. 6. Cover with foil; keep warm. 7. Remove any fat from sauce. 8. Mix cornstarch and water; stir into sauce. 9. Cover and cook on high for 15-20 minutes till thick. 10. Cut turkey from drumsticks. 11. Serve with sauce and prepared rice. |
