Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken |

This recipe can't get any better. It's amazingly simple, you most likely have all of the ingredients in your pantry. Serve this wrapped up in tortillas. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (frozen is fine) |
1 cup salsa |
10 1/2 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup |
1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning |
1/2 cup sour cream |
6 tortillas |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker. 2. Sprinkle taco seasoning on chicken. 3. In a bowl, combine soup and salsa. Pour over chicken. 4. Cook on high 4 hours. When done, shred chicken with two forks and stir in sour cream. 5. Serve on tortillas or as desired. |
