Slow Cooker Pumpkin Custard |

This is a simple custard put together in a crockpot for busy mom's on the run. It satisfies that pumpkin pie craving without the hassles of making a pumpkin pie. Goes great with coffee. My son loves it! Ingredients:
1 can pumpkin (libby's) |
1 can evaporated milk |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup bisquick baking mix |
2 eggs slightly beaten |
2 tbsp butter |
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice |
2 tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients together until well blended, then pour into slow cooker. Place slow cooker on low for 6 hours. Serve up with a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy! |
