Moist and juicy pot roast on a bed on potatoes and carrots Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb chuck roast |
1 lb carrots |
2 lb potatoes |
1/2 lb onions |
2 cans cream of mushroom soup |
Directions:
1. Quarter and peel potatos, chop carrots, slice onions. 2. Put all ingredients in slow cooker. 3. Optionally add 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce for flavoring. 4. Cook on low for 6 hours. |
