2 cups packed brown sugar |
1 (8 lb) smoked ham |
Directions:
1. Trim thick skin (rind), and fat off ham. 2. Spread about 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar on the bottom off the slow cooker crock. 3. Place the ham flat side down into slow cooker. Rub remaining brown sugar onto top of ham. 4. Cover, and cook on Low for 6-8 hours. |
