Yes, I make my meatloaf in the crock pot too. But this is easily the moistest, most flavorful meatloaf I've ever eaten - I abandoned my mother's recipe for this one! Ingredients:
1.5 lbs ground beef |
2 eggs |
3/4 cup milk |
1 cup bread crumbs |
2 tsp chopped onion |
1/2 ts sage |
glaze |
1/4 cup ketchup |
2 t brown sugar |
1 tsp mustard |
1 tsp worcestershire |
Directions:
1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. 2. Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, and sage. 3. Crumble in beef and mix well. 4. Form beef mixture into a round loaf in the center of the crock pot, with space between the loaf and the edge. 5. In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and worcestershire. 6. Spoon the glaze over the loaf. 7. Cook on low 6 hours. |
