From a book of all slow-cooker meals. Sounds yummy! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
2 eggs, beaten |
2/3 cup fine dry breadcrumb |
1/4 cup milk |
2 tablespoons minced onions |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon sage |
1/2 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 teaspoon dried mustard |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl combine beef, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, onion, salt and sage. 2. Shape into ball and place in slow cooker. 3. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours. 4. Fifteen minutes before serving, mix together in small bowl, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and nutmeg. 5. Pour over meatloaf. 6. Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes. |
