Slow Cooker Low-Fat Hamburger Vegetable Soup |

I got this recipe out of a slow-cooker cookbook and changed it to my own tastes. This is one of my family's favorite meals, even my small children love it! Great way to get vegetables! Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 onion, chopped |
30 ounces meatless spaghetti sauce |
3 1/2 cups water |
1 lb frozen mixed vegetables |
14 ounces chopped tomatoes |
1 cup celery, chopped |
2 chicken bouillon cubes |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef or turkey and add to slow cooker. Mix in all ingredients. Cover, and cook on high for about 4 hours, or low for about 8 hours. |
