Ingredients:
2 lbs kielbasa, cut into 1 inch pieces |
12 fluid ounces beer |
1 (20 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained |
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker combine sausage, beer and sauerkraut. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, until the meat is tender and plump. |
