1 1/2 lbs boneless lamb shoulder, cut in 1 inch cubes |
6 small potatoes, sliced |
6 small white onions, quartered |
6 carrots, sliced |
2 teaspoons dried rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1 bay leaf |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. 3. Reduce heat to low and cook until lamb and vegetables are very tender, 10-12 hours. 4. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Discard bay leaf. |
