A very simple slow cooker recipe, but a very tasty one! I have to fish the bones out at the end because the meat just falls right off them! Ingredients:
1 (10 pound) goose, cut up |
4 whole onions |
water, to cover |
Directions:
1. Combine goose and onions in a slow cooker. Pour enough water into the slow cooker to cover. 2. Cook on Low until goose meat is tender enough to shred easily with a pair of forks, 8 to 10 hours. |
