This is delicious! Ingredients:
2 potatoes, pared & thinly sliced |
2 carrots, pared & thinly sliced |
1 onion, peeled & sliced |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
4 lbs beef brisket or 4 lbs rump roast or 4 lbs pot roast |
1/2 cup water or 1/2 cup beef consomme |
Directions:
1. Put vegetables in bottom of slow cooker. 2. Salt & pepper meat & put in pot. 3. Add liquid. 4. Cover & cook on Low for 10-12 hours or on high for 5-6 hours. |
