This is absolutely flawless!! Ingredients:
3 lbs boneless pork, loin-end rolled & tied or 3 lbs sirloin tip roast, rolled & tied |
5 -6 whole cloves |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 cup catsup |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon kitchen bouquet (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place roast on rack & broil 15-30 minutes or until brown. 2. Stud meat with cloves. 3. Place roast in slow cooker. 4. Sprinkle with nutmeg & paprika. 5. Stir together catsup, orange juice, honey say sauce, lemon juice, & Kitchen Bouquet (optional). 6. Pour over roast,. 7. Cover & cook on low 10-12 hours, or high 4-6 hours. 8. Remove meat from slow cooker. 9. Juices can be thickened with 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch & 2 tablespoons water. 10. Cook on high until thickened for gravy. 11. Enjoy! |
