This has become a Thanksgiving regular at my home. EVERYONE loves it and it makes enough so everyone can have seconds. EASY and TASTY!! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/3 cup sugar |
2 1/3 cups frozen sweet corn |
1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix |
1 cup milk |
2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Lightly grease crockpot. 2. In mixing bowl blend cream cheese, eggs and sugar. 3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 4. Transfer to crockpot. 5. Cover and cook on High 3 to 4 hours. |
