This chili was quite mild, but tasty. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs beef top round steak, trimmed and cubed |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
28 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained |
8 ounces tomato sauce |
15 ounces pinto beans, rinsed and drained (canned) |
4 1/2 ounces chopped green chilies |
3 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon cumin |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a 4-6 qt slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. |
