Slow Cooker Chicken With Italian Cream Cheese Sauce |

This came from Obesity Help. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless chicken tenders |
1/4 cup buffalo chicken wing sauce |
1/2 cup italian dressing (light or fat free) |
1 green bell pepper, sliced |
1 small onion, sliced |
1/2 tablespoon seasoned salt (optional) |
8 ounces fat free cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Put everything into the crock pot EXCEPT for the cream cheese. 2. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. ADD the cream cheese and cook on HIGH for 30-45 more minutes stiring every 15 minutes. |
